What is your return policy?
| As all items are handmade, we do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution. |
When will I get my order?
| It may take up to 2 weeks from your purchase date for me to ship out your order as each nail set is hand made to order. I don’t have any in back stock. |
How do I size my nails?

Head over to the size guide page to help find the right size for you. Purchasing a sizing kit is highly recommended for the best quality but alternative options such as “At home DIY sizing” or “Coin Sizing” are available. |
Can my nails be reused?
| Yes! You can absolutely reuse your nail sets with proper hygiene and aftercare. Refrain from using them as tools and stay away from harsh chemicals for the best upkeep. Instructions will be provided on how to properly apply and remove in each order. |
What do I do if my nail is broken, lost, or doesn’t fit?

First, you must contact me by Instagram DM or email letting me know what specific nail design, shape and length that needs to be replaced. Secondly, purchase the replacement nail. I saw a nail set on your Instagram page but not your website, how do I purchase?

I offer a custom order option. Be mindful that this is not your final payment. Shoot me a message letting me know you’re interested in a nail design you saw online once you’ve made your $20 purchase. We will then consult what you like to add or would like to change and I will send you a link for your remaining balance. |
My package is delayed/ lost how can you fix that?

I am not liable for any lost packages after shipment has been made. The delivery carrier is now in control of your package. Please always be sure to double check for the correct address, phone number or email you’ve provided to the carrier to ensure a safe delivery. Delayed packages are expected due to busier seasons throughout the year. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to me and I will try my best to help you. |
